▲New type transfer ring and steel ring holding mechanism with good alignment accuracy, and making less damage to shaping drum bladder;

▲Equipment needs only two people to operate, and combines the fitting drum and molding drum to insure efficient production.

▲Its feeding methods include sidewall feeding, padding feeding, or semi-finished products feeding, adjusted to meet customer’s needs.

▲It uses Siemens S7 series PLC control system, via PROFIBUS.
